Detay Company, founded by Architect Muhlis Polatoglu as a sole trading company in 1989, had completed hundreds of design and construction projects in Turkey until 2004. In order to align the organisation with the modern competitive business environment, the company has been trading as a limited company from 2004. Since then, Detay Company has been building state-of-the art projects by maintaining a more active and competitive approach. At present, Detay Company continues to carry out major projects, which deliver modern living spaces and value adding industrial facilities, both in the Turkey and abroad.
